"Summer Social"

"Summer Social"

Cheerful, sunlit daisies chatter in the breeze,
Squealing, giggling, and prattling in turn;
Bees hum between clusters of these loquacious flowers,
Shamelessly eavesdropping;
Apple-green blades of grass sway and twist,
Dancing and twirling amongst friends;
Happiness ripples through the field.

how eloquent and illustrative. i may never see daisies the same again . . . now they'll be chattering each time, instead of just swaying in the breeze.

nice to meet you :)

Kelli, It's nice to meet you too! Your comment made me smile! Daisies do seem to be quite friendly and social!

Thank you, Jennifer! I can't take credit for the photo of daisies, but I thought they were lovely too! I appreciate your kind words! I hope you'll keep reading!
